Why is the Time Off balance available but can't be requested?
Make sure the settings for the Time Off policy are in accordance with your company's policies. When you cannot Request Time Off but the balance is still there, then there is a possibility that the number of requests for Time Off has reached its maximum limit, so employees cannot reapply. How to deduct Annual Time Off as Joint Time Off?

Is this Time Off attached to all employees?

Overtime

Attendance

All attendance data can be seen in the Attendance Report, both for employees who are still active and those who have resigned. If you want to see attendance data that has resigned, then you can simply point the report to the absence period you want to see.
