Timesheet Submenu Overview

Timesheet is a menu used to manage functions related to the monitoring settings of tasks assigned to employees. You can access this feature by going to the Productivity page, then clicking Projects & Tasks. Those with the access role as Super Admin, Admin, Approval Line, and By Job Position can monitor employee productivity and export timesheet summary data in Excel format.

This menu is not available in Talenta Starter.

There are four tabs on this submenu that can help you monitor the tasks assigned to employees. Here's the explanation:

  1. Time Tracker Tab, on this tab, you can monitor the processing time of employee tasks.

  2. Activities Tab, on this tab, you can see all employee activities related to assigned tasks.

  3. Summary Tab, on this tab, you can see the results and summary of the task.

  4. Tracker report Tab, on this tab, you can monitor employee timesheet reports.
