Personal Data is an employee database tab covering Basic Info, Family, and Emergency contact. In this section, you will learn how to manage employee data issues on the General Info Tab.
1. How to manage Basic Employee Info
In Basic Info you can manage employee data consisting of Personal Data and Identity & Address. Here are the steps.
- Click the "Employees" menu and select the Employee directory.
- Then click the employee name.
- In the General" tab, then click "Personal".
- You can change employee information data by clicking "Edit" to change personal data information.
- Click "Full Name" to edit the employee name change.
- Enter changes to employee contact information in the Mobile Phone, Email, and Phone columns.
Email is required because it will be used by employees to log in to Talenta ESS.
- Enter changes to the place and date of birth information in the Place of Birth and Birthdate columns.
Birthdate is mandatory because it will be the basic password for employees to access the payslip on Talenta ESS.
- Enter changes in gender information in the Gender column and marital status in Marital Status.
Marital Status is mandatory because it can affect the employee payroll component formulation.
- Enter the change in blood type information in the column Blood Type and Religion in Religion.
- Then click "Save Changes" to save changes to the employee's Personal Data.
- Then, you can also change employee identity and address information by clicking "Edit" on Identity & Address.
- Enter the change in employee identity type to the ID type.
- Enter the change in employee identity number to the ID number.
- Enter the change identity expiration date on ID expiration date or tick Permanent if there is no expiration date.
- Enter the change in the postal code of the employee's address into the Postal Code.
- Enter the change in address on the identity card at City ID Address.
- Enter the change in domicile address to Residential Address, or tick Use as residential address if it is the same as the address on the identity card.
- Then click "Save Changes" to save employee Identity & Address changes.

2. How to Manage Family Info
Here is a glimpse of the display of Family Info:

To add new family data, here are the steps.
- Select Personal Info and, click “Family”.
- You can add family information by clicking “Add New”.
- Click "Full Name" to fill in the family member's full name.
- Click "Relationship" to fill in the full name of the family member.
- Click "Gender" to fill in the gender of family members.
- Click "Birthdate" to fill in the date of birth of family members.
You can enter additional information as follows:
- Add to Emergency Contact: If the employee's family contact is added is also the employee's emergency contact.
- Address: Address of residence of family members.
- ID Number: Employee family member identification number.
- Religion: Religion of family members.
- Marital Status: Marital status of family members.
- Job: family member's work. - Click "Save" to save.

- You can import employee family information in bulk by clicking "Import". Ensure the document you will import matches the template provided by Talenta.
- Or export employee family information data by clicking “Ekspor”.
There are two export buttons:
- Export Template: button to download the template provided by Talenta if you want to input employee family information data in bulk via Import.
- Export Data: button to download employee family information already stored in Talenta. - You can view employee family information on Family Data Table.
- And set the display of employee information by clicking“Showing”.
3. How to Manage Emergency Contacts
Here is a overview of the Emergency Contact display:

- Select the "Personal” tab, and click "Emergency Contact”.
- You can add emergency contact information by clicking “Add New”.
- Click "Name" to fill in the name of the owner of the emergency contact who can be contacted.
- Click "Relationship" to fill in family relations with employees.
- Click "Phone number" to fill in a telephone number that can be contacted.
- Click "Save" to save.

- You can import employee emergency contact information in bulk by clicking "Import". Ensure the document you will import matches the template provided by Talenta.
- Or export employee emergency contact information data by clicking “Ekspor”.
There are two export buttons:
- Ekspor Template: button to download the template provided by Talenta if you want to input employee emergency contact information in bulk via Import.
- Ekspor Data: button to download employee emergency contact information already stored in Talenta. - You can view employee emergency contact information on Emergency Contact Table table.
- And set the display of employee emergency contact information by means of a click “Showing”.
