Dashboard Menu Overview

Dashboard or Home is the start page of Talenta after you have successfully logged into your Talenta account. This page displays various important information that employees generally need to monitor on a regular basis, along with buttons to access features that can assist in managing routine activities.

Here is the appearance of the Mekari Talenta Dashboard:

1.	Company Logo	Displays the company logo. Click to change the logo. If the employee is registered at a branch, the logo will adjust to the branch logo.
2.	Change Mekari Talenta Apps	Speeds you up to go to other Mekari Talenta Apps, such as Insights, Performance Management, or Recruitment.
3.	Summary Data	Makes it easier for you to retrieve summary data related to employment, attendance, reimbursement, and payroll with AI support, Mekari Airene
4.	Quick Actions	Speeds up the process of performing certain actions, such as Add/Create New Employee and Employee Transfer, as well as other actions related to Time Off submissions, and so on.
5.	Search Employee	Speeds up accessing employee info based on the employee's name.
6.	Inbox	Displays all messages, requests from other employees that need to be processed, and other notifications from the system.
7.	Mekari's Apps	Showcases other Mekari products that can support your business.
8.	Profile Picture Icon	Displays the name of the currently logged-in user. This section contains the following menus: User Name: To enter my info Account Settings: To enter the settings menu (Generally, this menu is only accessed by the Talenta specialist team). Company info: To enter the information page about your company. Company list: To see a list of your companies. Request PIC contact: To request the assignment of a PIC Account Manager from Mekari Talenta. Support center: To direct you to the Support center page related to the assistance request you have submitted. What's new: To be directed to the Release log page for the latest Mekari Talenta features. Help: To find a guide to using Mekari Talenta features in the form of articles. Sign Out: To log out of your company account.
9.	Shortcut	Speeds up access to certain features: Request Attendance: Goes to the Employees menu >> Time Management >> Attendance Request Reimbursement: Go to the Employees >> Finance >> Reimbursement menu Request Time Off: Goes to the Employees menu >> Time Management >> Time off More Request Cash Advance: Goes to the Finance >> Cash Advance menu Overtime: Goes to the Employees menu >> Time Management >> Overtime Change Shift: Goes to the Employees >> Time Management >> Attendance menu
10.	Chart	Displays graphs of various information recorded in the Talenta system. You can modify the chart data to get information about specific things, for example, Employment Status, Length of Service, Job Level, and Gender Diversity.
11.	Quick Links	Speed up access to certain features: My Info: Go to the Employees >> General Info menu. Add Employee: Goes to the Employees >> Add Employee menu. Used to input new employee data. Employee Transfer: Goes to the Employee menu. Company Settings: Go to the Settings >> Company menu. Integration: Go to the Settings >> Integrations menu.
12.	Mekari Teaser	Displays information about new Talenta features.
13.	Balance Time Off	Shows the remaining balance of leave or permits held. Time off with an unlimited balance will not appear in this column.
14.	Applications	Displays additional applications provided by Talenta, which are generally referred to as non-core applications. Forms: Directs you to the Talenta Forms feature page. Performance Review: Refers to the application for conducting employee performance assessments. Insight: Directs you to the Talenta Insights feature, which provides a comprehensive overview of the company's HR as a whole. Recruitment: Refers to applications for managing employee recruitment activities in the company. Marketplace: Directs to the Mekari Account marketplace page, where you can see various add-on features (premium features & 3rd party applications) available at Mekari.
15.	Announcement	Displays features to manage announcements given to all employees in the company. You can filter announcements by category by clicking “Category”.
16.	Contract & Probation	Displays features for managing changes in the status of employees who have reached or are approaching the end of their probationary or contract period. Settings to determine when this notification appears on the dashboard can be made in the Settings menu.
17.	Task	Displays features for managing the assignment of tasks to one of the employees in the company.
18.	Who's Off	Displays all the names of employees who are taking leave within a certain period.
19.	Download Talenta Mobile	Showcases Mekari Talenta applications: App Store: Goes to the App Store to download Talenta mobile iOS. Google Play: Goes to Google Play to download the Android version of Talenta mobile.
