Talenta offers a supporting application called New Talenta Recruitment to support a company's recruitment function. You can establish your company's recruitment pathways, then screen candidates and proceed to the job offering process through this application.
All features in Talenta Recruitment are categorized into the following menus:

| 4. | Calendar | This is a menu used to coordinate interview schedules and important events more easily. |
| 5. | Activity log | This is a menu used to monitor the activity history of the recruitment process, which can be filtered based on the activity of a particular User or Page. |
| 6. | Reports | This is a menu used to view reports related to the recruitment process, such as Time to Hire, which measures recruitment time efficiency, identifies obstacles, and improves the candidate experience during the recruitment process. |
| 7. | Settings | This is a menu used to make various settings that will be used to determine the users who play a role in the employee recruitment process and monitor the hiring stages process. |
Follow these steps to access the New Talenta Recruitment feature:
- Log in to your Talenta account.
- Then, select Recruitment and go to the Overview menu.
