How to Manage Company Information in the Settings Menu

In this section, you can add complete company information in Mekari Talenta, including basic company details, tax information according to the company branch location, and other information. This information will affect the employee database information.

Here are the steps.

A. Company Info

  1. Go to the Settings menu.

  2. You will be directed straight to the Company Info tab.

  3. Upload the company logo by clicking the "Upload Logo" button.

  4. Click the "Edit" icon. You will automatically enter Mekari Account.

  5. You will be directed to Mekari Account. Here, enter company information such as Company Name, Phone, and Email in the Company name, Phone, and Email fields.

  6. Enter the Office Address along with Province, City, and Postal code in the Address, Province, City, and Postal code fields.

  7. Select your Industry and Company size.

  8. Then click "Save changes".

B. Managing Additional Info for Indonesia

  1. Go to the Settings menu.

  2. In the Company Info tab, click the "Edit" icon in the Additional Info section.

  3. Then, complete the additional information for branches located in Indonesia, as shown in the example below.

1 HQ initial Text field to enter the initials or short name for your company's Headquarters.
2 HQ Code Text field to enter a unique identification code for the Headquarters to help you easily find data in the system.
3 Show branch name instead of company name If this option is checked, the system will display the branch name instead of the parent company name on the system interface and related documents.
4 Country Specify the country of your company's main operational location.
5 Default timezone

Set the standard timezone to be used as the system reference.

The options will adjust based on the country you select.

6 Default currency

Set the primary currency used in your company's operations and financial reporting.

The options correspond to your settings in the payroll component.

7 Payroll country

Select the country whose payroll regulations apply to your company.

Important
This option is only available for companies subscribed to the international payroll feature.

8 UMR Province Select a province to determine the applicable Regional Minimum Wage (UMR) standard.
9 UMR City Specify the city or regency which will automatically lock the UMR nominal value in the UMR field based on the selected province and city combination.
  1. After that, please complete your company's tax details in each available field.

No. Button/Field Name Description
1 NPWP 15 digit (old) Enter the 15-digit old format Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) your company holds.
2 NPWP 16 digit (new) Enter the 16-digit new format Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) or the company's legal entity Identification Number (NIK).
3 Company taxable date Select the date, month, and year when your company was officially registered as a Taxable Entrepreneur (PKP) using the calendar feature.
4 NITKU (new) Enter the Business Activity Location Identification Number (NITKU) issued by the Directorate General of Taxes for the related branch/headquarters location.
5 Tax person name Enter the full name of the company's tax responsible person (e.g., director or head of finance) authorized to sign tax documents.
6 Tax person NPWP 15 digit (old) Enter the 15-digit old format NPWP of the tax responsible person named in field number 5.
7 Tax person NPWP 16 digit (new) Enter the 16-digit new format NPWP of the tax responsible person named in field number 5.
8 BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Enter the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan card number or participant number (NPP) registered under your company’s name.
9 JKK Select the percentage rate for the Work Accident Insurance contribution (JKK) from the dropdown menu according to the company's workplace risk level set by BPJS.
10 KLU Code (Business Field Classification) Enter the numeric code for the Business Field Classification (KLU) that matches your company's business sector, or click the available help link to search for it.
11 My company has been registered in the tax office and entitled to PPH 21 incentive Check this box if your company is officially registered at the tax office and qualifies to receive the government-covered PPh Article 21 tax incentive.
  1. Click "Upload e-sign" to upload a scanned signature of the person responsible for tax withholding, which will be affixed on Form 1721-A1.

  2. In the Attendance on mobile section, select Not required if you do not use Mekari Talenta Mobile for employee attendance, or Required with flexible connection if attendance location is flexible (anywhere). There is also an option for Required with GPS if attendance requires GPS usage.

     

    If you select Required with GPS, you can set the attendance location by clicking “View as an interactive map”, then click on the map to designate the attendance location. Next, specify the Radius for attendance in the provided field.

  3. If the information you manage is correct, you can save the changes by clicking “Save changes”.

C. Managing Additional Info for Malaysia

Important
This option is only available for companies subscribed to the Malaysia international payroll feature.

  1. Go to the Settings menu.

  2. In the Company Info tab, click the "Edit" icon in the Additional Info section.

  3. Then, you can update the company branch information for Malaysia by following these steps.

No. Button/Field Name Description
1 HQ initial Text field to enter the initials or short name for your company's Headquarters.
2 HQ Code Text field to enter a unique identification code for the Headquarters to help you easily find data in the system.
3 Show branch name instead of company name If this option is checked, the system will display the branch name instead of the parent company name on the system interface and related documents.
4 Country Select the country of your Headquarters' main operational location from the dropdown menu. In this example, it is Malaysia.
5 Default timezone

Set the standard timezone to be used as the system reference.

The options will adjust based on the country you select.

6 Default currency

Set the primary currency used in your company's operations and financial reporting.

The options correspond to your settings in the payroll component.

  1. After that, please complete your company's tax details in each available field.

No. Button/Field Name Description
1 Default currency method You must choose the currency conversion or handling method to apply in the system:
- Keep in original currency: To continue using the currency selected in the Default currency field.
- Convert to Indonesian rupiah: To convert the branch's home country currency to rupiah.
2 Payroll country Select the country whose payroll regulations apply to your company entity (in this example: Malaysia) from the dropdown menu.
3 Employer Tax File (E Number) You must enter the official employer tax file number (E Number) registered with LHDN (Malaysia Inland Revenue Board).
4 EPF Employer Number You must enter the official employer identification number registered with EPF (Employees Provident Fund/KWSP) Malaysia.
5 SOCSO Employer Number You must enter the employer membership number registered with PERKESO/SOCSO (Social Security Organization) Malaysia.
6 HRDF Corp Number You must enter the corporate registration number registered with HRDF/HRD Corp (Human Resource Development Corporation) Malaysia.

D. Managing Additional Info for Singapore

Important
This option is only available for companies subscribed to the Singapore international payroll feature.

  1. Go to the Settings menu.

  2. In the Company Info tab, click the "Edit" icon in the Additional Info section.

  3. Then, you can update the company branch information for Singapore by following these steps.

7 Default currency method You must choose the currency conversion or handling method to apply in the system:

10 CPF Submission Number (CSN) You must enter the company’s official Central Provident Fund Submission Number (CSN) used for reporting and remitting employee CPF contributions to the Central Provident Fund Board.
  1. In the Attendance on mobile section, select Not required if you do not use Mekari Talenta Mobile for employee attendance, or Required with flexible connection if attendance location is flexible (anywhere). There is also an option for Required with GPS if attendance requires GPS usage.
