The Settings menu is where you can set various settings used to operate the Talenta system for HR administration and company financial processes. In the Settings menu, you can set up customized settings regarding company information, integration, etc.

  • Overtime policy per employee (Master Overtime Employee) such as: determining overtime payment schedules and overtime policies for employees
