Through Mekari Talenta Launchpad - Modular Solutions, companies can independently use the Talenta Recruitment and Performance & Talent Management features without subscribing to the full Talenta HRIS package.
With the Super Admin role, you get full access to conveniently manage the organizational structure, employee data, roles, and user access rights. This guide covers how to create and manage a company organization through Talenta Launchpad.
Go to https://launchpad.talenta.co.
Go to the “Company” menu, then select Organizations.
You can create a new organization by clicking “New organization”, then select Add organization.
The following sidebar will appear. Fill out the required information form to create the organization.

| 1. | Organization name | Enter the organization name (required). |
| 2. | Organization code | Enter the organization code (optional). |
| 3. | Parent organization | Leave blank if this branch is the Parent organization (main organization). However, if this is a sub-organization under a parent organization, you can select one of the Parent organization options here. |

Once the form is completely filled out, click “Save”.
You can check “Add another” if you want to create another organization after saving this one.

The new organization will be successfully added to the Mekari Talenta database, and you will be redirected back to the Organizations page. You can click the “down arrow” icon to expand the child organization.
- On this list, you can see the status of the organization in the Status column.
- Click “Show inactive organization” to display only inactive organizations. -
You can perform certain actions on the created organization, such as editing the organization data by clicking “Actions” then Edit. Or, deactivate the organization by clicking “Actions” then Deactivate. You can also delete it by clicking “Actions” then Delete.
When deleting an organization, a pop-up confirmation like the following appears. You can click “Delete” to confirm the deletion.
