How to Set Up Branches in Mekari Talenta Modular

Mekari Talenta now presents Mekari Talenta Launchpad - Modular Solutions, an independent foundational solution that allows companies to operate the Talenta Recruitment and Performance & Talent Management features independently without having to subscribe to the full Talenta HRIS package.

Through this feature, Super Admins get full self-serve access to practically manage organizational structure, employee data, roles, and user access rights. This guide covers how to create and manage company branches through Talenta Launchpad.

  1. Go to https://launchpad.talenta.co.

  2. Go to the “Company” menu, then select Branches.

  3. You can create a new branch by clicking “New branch”, then select Add branch.

  4. The following sidebar will appear. Fill out the required information form to create the branch.

No. Column/Button Name Description
1. Upload logo Click to upload the branch logo in JPG, PNG, or JPEG format, with a maximum file size of 2 MB and dimensions of 100x50 pixels.
2. Branch name Enter the branch name (required).
3. Branch code Enter the branch code (required).
4. Parent branch Leave blank if this branch is a Parent branch (main/head office). However, if this is a sub-branch of a parent branch, you can select one of the Parent branch options here.
5. Address Enter the branch address (required).
6. Province Enter the branch province (required).
7. City Enter the branch city (required).
8. Phone number Enter the branch phone number.

  1. Once the form is completely filled out, click “Save”.

  2. The new branch will be successfully added to the Mekari Talenta database, and you will be redirected back to the Branches page.

  3. You can perform certain actions on the branches you have created, such as editing branch data by clicking “Actions” then Edit. Or, delete it by clicking “Actions” then Delete.

     

    When deleting a branch, a pop-up confirmation like the following appears. You can click “Delete” to confirm the deletion action.
