Talenta LMS for Admin Overview

Talenta LMS (Learning Management System) is a digital learning platform that helps companies plan, manage, and evaluate employee training programs in a structured way.

Through Talenta LMS, you with the Super Admin role, can access all features, such as creating and managing courses, preparing learning materials, setting training difficulty levels, and monitoring employees' progress and learning outcomes centrally. Below is an overview of Talenta LMS for Super Admin.

  1. To access Talenta LMS, log in to your Mekari Talenta account. Then, click “HRIS” and select LMS.

  2. You will be directed to the Home page. Here is an explanation of the menus you can access.

1. Home Displays the homepage containing a summary of Course enrolled (courses registered under your name), Completed (courses you have finished), and Certificates (your course certificates). Additionally, you can see upcoming training under the Upcoming training section. There is also a Continue learning section, which serves as a shortcut to continue or start courses registered under your name.
2. Reports Displays course report pages, such as Overview, Courses, and Employees.
3. Browse courses Go to this menu to explore the list of courses.
4. My courses Click to view the list of courses registered under your name. Learn the guide for taking a course here.
5. My training Click to see the list of trainings registered under your name and their stages.
6. My certificates Click to view the certificates you have obtained.
7. My sessions Click to view the list of ongoing courses or training sessions, where you can see scores and attendance.
8. Courses This page features tools for creating courses, from categories to levels. You can also manage learning materials and the grading system for courses. Additionally, there is access to manage certificate templates.
9. Training On this page, you can manage and design new training sessions.
10. Employees On this page, you can invite employees to manage the LMS. You can also set their roles.
11. Settings Go to this page to manage LMS settings, such as App info, User roles, and Audit log.
