Talenta LMS for Employees Overview

Talenta LMS (Learning Management System) is an integrated digital learning ecosystem specifically designed to help organizations systematically plan, manage, and evaluate staff development programs.

For users who have a Mekari Talenta account and have Employee access, you can get a quick overview of Talenta LMS for Employees below.

  1. To access Talenta LMS, log in to your Mekari Talenta account. Then, click “HRIS” and select LMS.

  2. You will be directed to the Home page. Below is an explanation of the menus you can access.


     

No. Menu Name Function
1. Home Displays the homepage containing a summary of Course enrolled (courses registered under your name), Completed (courses you have finished), and Certificates (your course certificates). Additionally, you can see upcoming training sessions in the Upcoming training section. There is also a Continue learning section which serves as a shortcut to continue or start working on courses registered under your name.
2. Browse courses Go to this menu to explore the list of courses.
3. My courses Click to view the list of courses registered under your name. Learn the guide on how to complete a course here.
4. My training Click to view the list of training sessions registered under your name and their stages.
5. My certificates Click to view the certificates you have earned.
6. My sessions

Click to view the list of ongoing course or training sessions.
 

Important
As an employee with Employee access rights, you cannot open this page.
