Talenta LMS (Learning Management System) is an integrated digital learning ecosystem specifically designed to help organizations systematically plan, manage, and evaluate staff development programs.
For users who have a Mekari Talenta account and have Employee access, you can get a quick overview of Talenta LMS for Employees below.
To access Talenta LMS, log in to your Mekari Talenta account. Then, click “HRIS” and select LMS.
You will be directed to the Home page. Below is an explanation of the menus you can access.

| 1. | Home | Displays the homepage containing a summary of Course enrolled (courses registered under your name), Completed (courses you have finished), and Certificates (your course certificates). Additionally, you can see upcoming training sessions in the Upcoming training section. There is also a Continue learning section which serves as a shortcut to continue or start working on courses registered under your name. |
