As an employee, there are times when you are asked to participate in self-development material through the LMS (Learning Management System). In a digital course, you will generally find several components such as Pre-test, Lesson (in the form of a video or a PDF document), Quiz, and Post-test that you must complete. After finishing, you will receive a course completion certificate.
If you have a Mekari Talenta account and HR asks you to access and complete a course on Talenta LMS in the Employee role, you can follow these steps.
First, log in to your Talenta account, then go to Mekari Talenta LMS by clicking here.

Then, go to the Home menu. You will see the courses assigned to you under Recent courses. To start a course from the beginning, click “Start course”. To continue a course you have not finished, click “Continue”.
You can also access the list of courses assigned to you through the “My courses” menu.

On the Learning page, you can proceed according to the flow of each course. Here is an example.
No. Button/Column Name Description 1 Course progress This section shows the progress of this course. 2 Course progress detail This section shows detailed parts of the progress that must be completed, from test types to test/lesson titles. Once completed, a “green checkmark” icon will appear on that section. 3 Start pre-test This button appears if the first part of the course requires you to take a mandatory initial test series before the course material begins. Click to start the pre-test. In the test type section, after selecting one option, click “Check answer”.
Then, click “Next question” to go to the next page.
Complete the questions one by one, then click “Finish assessment”.

Your test score will be displayed as follows. On this page, you can review each question and the answers you selected. Click “Next lesson” to proceed to the next section.
If the test provider allows retaking, you can click “Retry” to try the test again from the beginning.

For the lesson type section, you can complete the material in the form of a video or PDF document. In this example lesson, which is a video, you can click the “Play” icon to play the video. Then, click “Next” to go to the next section.

- You can enlarge the video by clicking the “full screen” icon at the bottom right of the video, represented by a square.
- You can view the video transcript by clicking “Transcript”. For materials in PDF or image format, you can read them first before moving on to the next stage.
If the next stage is a post-test, you can click “Start post-test”. Then, complete the test stages following the flow of the previous pre-test.
After finishing the post-test, you can click “View course result”.
The course is now complete. You will be directed to the next page, the Final result, where you can see your score.
