As an employee, you may sometimes be asked to participate in self-development materials through a Learning Management System (LMS). A digital course typically includes several components, such as a pre-test, a lesson (in the form of a video message or PDF document), a quiz, and a post-test, all of which you must complete. Upon completion, you will receive a course completion certificate.
If you have a Mekari Talenta account and HR asks you to access and complete a course in Talenta LMS as the Employee role, you can follow these steps.
First, log in to your Talenta account, then go to Mekari Talenta LMS by clicking here.
Then, go to the Home menu. You can see your assigned course in the Recent Courses section. To start a course from the beginning, click “Start Course”. Meanwhile, to continue a course you haven't completed, click “Continue”.

On the Learning page, you can work through each course according to its own flow. Here's an example.
No. Button/Column Name Description 1 Course progress This section shows the progress of this course. 2 Course progress detail This section details the progress sections that need to be completed, from test type to test/ lesson title. Once completed, a green checkmark will appear in that section. 3 Lesson/Tests A sheet of the test/ lesson to be completed. If it's a test, you can select the correct option and then click "Check answer." In the test type section, after selecting one of the options and clicking "Check Answers", the correct answer will appear in a green column as shown below. Click “Next question” to go to the next page.
Complete each question, then click “Finish”.

Your test score will then be displayed as shown below. On this page, you can see each question and the answers you selected. Click “Next lesson” to proceed to the next section.
Click “Try again” to try completing the test again from the beginning.
In the test type section, after selecting an option and clicking “Check answer”, the correct answer will appear in a green column as shown below. Click “Next question” to go to the next page.
Complete each question, then click “Finish”.

Your test score will then be displayed as shown below. On this page, you can see each question and the answers you have selected. Click “Next lesson” to go to the next section.
Click “Retry” to try taking the test again from the beginning.

In the lesson type section, you can complete the study material in video or PDF document format. In this example lesson, it's a video; you can click the “Play” icon to play the video. Then, click “Next” to go to the next section.
- You can download the material by clicking the “download” icon in the top right.
- You can enlarge the page by clicking the “full screen” icon in the top right. Hence, after the course is completed, you will be directed to the following page: the Final result.
