Employees who have completed attendance can view attendance details via Talenta Mobile or the web through the Attendance Data menu. Here are the steps.
Go to the Time menu, then select Attendance.
Click the “Attendance Data” tab.

On this page, you can see a list of employees along with their attendance details and the shifts assigned to them.
- Click here to learn how to import shifts and attendance employees.
- Click here to input employee attendance data by import fingerprint. At the top of the page, you can see attendance details for all employees based on the selected period.

To view a list of employees who have completed attendance, select the category you want.
On time: Number of employees who clock in and clock out on time according to the assigned shift.
- Late clock in: Number of employees who clock in late.
- Early clock out: Number of employees who clock out earlier than their assigned shift.
- No clock out / No clock in: Number of employees who did not clock out or clock in.
- Invalid: Number of employees whose attendance (clock in/clock out) is recorded outside the specified schedule.
- Absent: Total employees who did not clock in and did not clock out during their scheduled shift (including national/company/special holidays that have work schedules), counted up to today’s date (time off is excluded).
- Day off: Number of holidays registered in the selected month period.
- Time off: Number of employees who take leave. The employee details registered under the selected attendance category will appear as follows.
To view attendance details for a specific employee, click the “employee name”.
The details will appear as follows.

Here, you can see the employee’s attendance calculation for the selected month.
- On time: Total number of employees who clock in and clock out on time according to the assigned shift.
- Late clock in: Total number of employees who clock in late.
- Early clock out: Total number of employees who clock out earlier than their assigned shift.
- No clock out / No clock in: Total number of employees who do not clock out or clock in.
- Invalid: Total attendance records (clock in/clock out) outside the specified schedule.
- Absent: Total number of employees who do not clock in or clock out during their scheduled shift (including national/company/special holidays that have work schedules), counted up to today’s date (time off is excluded).
- Day off: Total holidays registered in the selected month period.
- Time off: Total number of employees who take leave.
- Next workdays: Total employee working days that still need to be fulfilled going forward (excluding leave/time off). To view attendance history on a specific date, click the “Actions” button then select “View history log”.
The attendance history for the selected date will appear as follows.
