Why is the Old Version Recruitment Feature migrated to the New Talenta Recruitment Version

Mekari continues to innovate to provide a more efficient, modern, and integrated user experience. With the presence of New Talenta Recruitment, the old version of Recruitment features will be disabled in May 2025. Therefore, it will be applied on an ongoing basis and the entire Recruitment feature will be transferred to New Talenta Recruitment.

A. Why is the Old Version of Recruitment Disabled?

    Older versions of Recruitment had limited features and lacked flexibility in managing candidates as well as job postings.
  2. Limited Integration
    Does not support more modern recruitment processes, including integration with other systems.
  3. Efficiency & Scalability
    We want to ensure every company gets a recruiting experience that is faster, more sophisticated, and can be tailored to unique business needs.

On the old version of recruitment

A company that has activities to create job postings & add candidates between March 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025


On new recruitment 

A company that does not have activities to create job postings & add candidates.

If your company uses the Career Page widget embed code in the old version of Recruitment, please update it with the new widget embed code. Get the latest code on this page, then click Action and select Embed Code.


The old version of the Recruitment menu is still visible, but:

  • Unable to create or edit new job postings
  • Unable to move candidates to another stage
  • Downloading old candidate CVs is still possible

Data Migration: 

  • Job posting data will be migrated to New Recruitment
  • We will move candidate data (excluding hired & rejected) to the archived
  • Candidate data hired & rejected in the old version of Recruitment will be moved to hired & rejected in New Recruitment 
  • Career page settings on New Recruitment will be compared to those on the old version of Recruitment
  • The old version of the Career Page Recruitment will automatically redirect to the New Recruitment page
May 2025: Super Admins will be notified via a banner in Talenta 1 week before the change. 

On recruitment old version

A company that has activities to create job postings & add candidates between March 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025


On new recruitment 

A company that has the activity of creating job postings & adding candidates.

If your company uses the Career Page widget embed code in the old version of Recruitment, please update it with the new widget embed code. Get the latest code on this page, then click Action and select Embed Code.



The old version of the Recruitment menu is still visible, but:

  • Unable to create or edit new job postings
  • Unable to move candidates to another stage

On the old version of recruitment

Companies that have no job posting activities or additional candidates from March 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025

  • The old version of the Recruitment menu will not be visible from the Talenta Dashboard
  • You can immediately use New Recruitment
