Through the New Talenta Recruitment Career Page feature, Admin role holders can create and manage career pages that can be customized with company branding and attract potential candidates.

Important
Only Admin role holders can access this feature, and it cannot be changed for more secure access.

Here is a guide on how to customize your Career Page through New Talenta Recruitment.

1. Go to Talenta Recruitment.
2. Enter the Settings menu and select Career page.
   
   
3. Then, you can see the preview of your Career page. To start customizing the page, click “Actions”   and then select Edit career page.
   
   

   - Click View career page to see the career page.
   - Click Get embed code if you need your company's career page embed code.

4. Then, you are directed to the Edit career page to customize the career page.
   
   

   No.	Column/Button Name	Explanation
   1	View career page	Click to preview the career page.
   2	Get embed code	Click to get the embed code. This embed code will allow you to display this career page on your company page.
   3	Company settings	Shortcut to the settings page to change the company logo.
   4	Company website	Fill in this column with the destination address of your company's official website.
   5	Show company website	Check this checkbox if you want to display a link to your company's official website.
   6	Title	Fill this column with the title Career page.
   7	Subtitle	Fill this column with the Career page subtitle.
   8	Filters shown	You can enable filters to make it easier for candidates to find jobs by applying job listing filters based on Branch, Organization, Employment status, and Workplace type.
   9	Edit cover photo	Click to upload a Career page banner that will serve as the background for the Title and Subtitle. You can adjust the banner size to 1280x360 pixels.
   10	Formatting toolbar	You can take advantage of certain formats available here to customize the content of this career page.
   11	Career page content	You can fill your Career page with content to attract potential candidates by providing specific information. Generally, a Career page displays information about the company, its culture, and the values ​​it offers to potential candidates.

5. Click “Preview” to see a preview of your Career page without having to publish it.
   
6. Then, you will be directed to the Preview career page that you have previously customized as in the following example.
   
7. If you scroll to the bottom of the page, you can see the job listing for which you have set the filter.
   
8. If the Career page customization is complete and appropriate, you can save and publish it by clicking “Save & publish”.
