Through the Career Page feature of New Talenta Recruitment, Admin role holders can create and manage a career page that can be customized with the company's branding and attract potential candidates.

Important
Only users with the Admin role can access this feature, and this access cannot be changed for better security.

Here is a guide on how to customize the Career Page through New Talenta Recruitment.

1. Go to Talenta Recruitment.

2. Enter the Settings menu and select Career page.
   

3. You will then see a preview of your Career page. To start customizing this page, click “Actions” then select Edit career page.
   

   - Click View career page to view the career page.
   - Click Get embed code if you need the embed code for your company's career page.

4. You will be directed to the Edit career page to customize your career page.

   1	View career page	Click to preview the career page.
   2	Get embed code	Click to get the embed code. This embed code allows you to display this career page on your company's website.
   3	Company settings	Shortcut to the settings page to change the company logo.
   4	Company website	Fill in this field with the URL of your official company website.
   5	Show company website	Check this checkbox if you want to display a link to your official company website.
   6	Title	Fill in this field with the title of the Career page.
   7	Subtitle	Fill in this field with the subtitle of the Career page.
   8	Filters shown	You can enable filters to help candidates easily search for jobs by applying filters to job listings based on Branch, Organization, Employment status, Workplace type, Province/City, and Team. Click “Enable all” to apply all filters.
   9	Edit cover photo	Click to upload a Career page banner that will serve as the background for the Title and Subtitle. You can adjust the banner size to 1280x360 pixels.
   10	Formatting toolbar	You can use the available formatting options here to customize the content of this career page.
   11	Career page content	You can fill in the Career page content to attract potential candidates by providing specific information. Generally, the Career page displays information about the company, company culture, and the values offered by the company to potential candidates.

5. Click “Preview” to get a quick look at your Career page without having to publish it.
   

6. You will be directed to the Preview career page that you customized earlier, as shown in the example below.
   

7. If you scroll down the page, you can see the Job listing with the filters you have set.
   

8. If the Career page customization is complete and satisfactory, you can save and publish it by clicking “Save & publish”.
   

   Important
   After saving, the Career page may take up to 10 minutes to display the changes.
