Through Talenta, you can manage the new employee recruitment process through supporting applications Talenta New Recruitment. You can customize the recruitment stages in the Hiring Stages Settings page menu. Here are the steps to set up hiring stages.
- Go to https://recruitment-new.talenta.co/, then log in to your Talenta account.
- In the Settings menu, click Recruitment then select Hiring stages.
- Click “Edit default hiring stage” to customize the stages of recruitment.
- Then, you will be directed to the following page. Here, you can see the recruitment stages based on the default template that you can manage and customize.
- Six Dots Button: To move up or down the order of stages.
- Enabled/Disabled Button: To enable or disable the stage.
- +Add assessment/+Add interview Button: To add an assessment or interview stage.
- Save changes: To apply the recruitment stages that have been customized. - In the confirmation pop-up that appears, click “Yes, proceed”.
- Then, the Hiring stages customization is saved and you return to the next page.
- To change the stage name, hover over the stage and click the “pencil” icon.
- Change the stage name, then click “Save changes” to apply the changes.
Important
- You can only change the description on the Assessment and Interview stages.
- You can delete by clicking “Delete” on the Assessment and Interview stages, but there must be at least 1 stage in each category.
