Overview Candidate Menu on New Talenta Recruitment

Candidate is one of the menus in New Talenta Recruitment, which is used to display recruitment stages and process applicants at every stage that has been created. The following is a display of the features on the Candidate menu.

No	Column	Explanation
1	Bulk updates	Click to perform a mass candidate update using Excel.
2	Add candidate	Button to add new candidate.
3	Filter	A feature that can make it easier for you to search for candidate data in more detail through columns that you can filter by certain categories.
4	Manage columns	This feature makes it easier for you to filter and manage information table data related to recruitment stages.
5	Search column	Columns that you can use to search based on certain keywords.
6	Pipeline stages	Shows the number of candidates in certain categories. This pipeline makes it easy for you to filter data based on the recruitment stages that have been created. For example, if you want to see candidate data that is already in the "Interview" stage , you can click the "Interviews" filter and the following display will appear.
7	Information Table	Displays detailed information related to the pipeline category you selected. - If you are an Ultimate Hire customer, you can view the Candidate score column which shows the candidate's suitability of criteria, profile, and skills for the job position you are posting. - You can see the tagging of candidates who have been restricted in the recruitment process in the information table as follows.
8	Move to	Button to move candidates to a specific stage according to your settings and remaining quota.
9	“Three dots” icon	Buttons to manage recruitment information on each candidate's data listed in the table. Information: - View details: To view detailed information regarding the Candidate. - Edit candidate: To make changes to candidate data. - Move to another job listing: To move candidates to another job vacancy. - Not interested: Not interested in continuing the recruitment process of the related candidate. In this case, the candidate did not pass the recruitment stage. - Archived: Archives candidate information. - Mark as spam: Marks candidate information as spam. - Delete: Delete candidate data. - Block (block candidate for app): Blocks candidate data. - Mark as withdrawn: Candidate withdraws.
