If you have finished Run payroll , you can see the payroll-related reports on the View Reports page. There are old and new views on the View Reports page. You can activate the New Navigation view by accessing Talenta Labs.
Follow these steps to access payroll reports:
- Go to the Payroll menu, and select View Reports.

Filter by year and month , and branch if needed. You can also search for the report name by typing keywords in the Search bar.

You can import e-Bupot by clicking “Import e-Bupot”. Or, click “Insights” to go to the Payroll Insights page.

Then you will find a list of reports based on grouping categories such as Salary, Tax, BPJS, Human Resources, Attendance, Reimbursement, Overtime, and Loan.
- Click “Show descriptions” to display the description of each report in each category.
- Click the “star” icon to favorite a report. Or, click the “three dots” icon to select the View report , Download report XLS or Download report PDF options. -
After reviewing the available reports, and you want to lock access to run payroll (payroll data for the relevant period cannot be changed again after being locked), and provide employee access to view their respective payslips , you can click "Publish payslip" on the Payroll History page.
Here is an explanation of the reports you can access:
A. Salary

1 | Salary details | A report containing details of salary calculations including calculations of all employee payroll components, benefits, and PPh 21 imposed on the acquisition of these payroll components. |
2 | Salary details (Yearly) | The annual report contains details of the annual salary calculation, including the calculation of all employee payroll components, benefits, and PPh 21 imposed on acquiring these payroll components. |
3 | Summary report | A report containing a summary of employee salary calculations including total basic salary, total allowances, total deductions, and total take-home pay based on department. |
4 | THR report | A report containing details of the calculation of employee THR and PPh 21 imposed on the receipt of said THR. |
5 | Payslip |

6 | THR slip | Report containing each employee's THR slip |
7 | Salary recapitulation | A report containing a recapitulation of the calculation of all employee payroll components, benefits, and PPh 21 imposed on acquiring these payroll components which can be filtered based on the employee name or selected payroll component. |
8 | Salary detail compare | Comparative report of income, allowances, and deductions between the selected period and the previous period. |
9 | Daily allowance & deduction | Recapitulation report of allowances and deductions per day in a certain time period. |
B. Tax

In the Tax category, you can see the Tax payment date that you have selected in the previous time filter. You can change it by clicking “Change tax payment date”.
Henceforth, specify the Tax payment date in the column provided, then click “Lock payment date”.

2 | Tax payment schedule report | A report containing details of employee tax calculations based on the selected payment schedule, which includes calculations of all employee payroll components, benefits, and PPh 21 imposed on the acquisition of these payroll components. |
3 | Tax resignation compare report | A report containing details of tax calculations for employees who resign . |
4 | Tax detail employee (Yearly) | You can download the monthly tax details for a tax year for a particular employee here. |
5 | Form 1721-Period |
The form used to report income tax deductions for Article 21 and/or Article 26 Income Tax. Form 1721-Per-Annual, Form 1721-I-Annual and Report 1721-A1-Dec (Year) will only appear in the December period and if the Super Admin has done "Lock This Period". |
6 | Form 1721-I |
A report containing a recapitulation of the list of income tax deductions under Article 21 for permanent employees and recipients of pensions or old age benefits/periodic old age security as well as for civil servants, members of the TNI, members of the Polri, state officials and their retirees. Form 1721-Perannual, Form 1721-I-Annual, and Report 1721-A1-Dec (Year) will only appear in the December period and if the Super Admin has done "Lock This Period". |
7 | Form 1721-II | Attachment II of the PPh 21 and/or PPh 26 Periodic Tax Return form which contains a list of evidence of PPh 21 withholding on non-final income and/or PPh 26. |

11 | Form 1721-VIII | Attachment VIII of the PPh 21 Period form contains proof of monthly PPh 21 withholding which is intended for permanent employees or retirees who receive pension-related money periodically for income earned each tax period other than the last tax period. |
12 | 1721-I-Monthly (csv) | Periodic SPT Form PPh21 and/or PPh 26 containing detailed data from permanent employees in CSV format. |
13 | 1721-BP-Final (csv) | CSV form of PPh 21 Periodic Tax Return containing PPh 21 Withholding Certificate (Final). |
14 | 1721-BP-Not-Final (csv) | CSV form of SPT Masa PPh 21 and/or PPh 26 containing PPh 21 Withholding Certificate (Not Final). |
15 | PPh 21 e-Bupot Form | The e-Bupot format is specifically for reporting the monthly income of PPh 21 and/or PPh 26 on income received in the current month for permanent employees, non-final income, and final income. |
