To view your payslip information, you can access the My Payslip menu on the Home screen of your Talenta Mobile. However, to access the My Payslip menu, you will be asked to enter your password before you can view your payslip.

Here are the steps:

1. Click the "My Payslip" button on your Talenta Mobile Home page.
   

2. Enter your Payslip Password.
   

   - If you forgot your password, you can take the following actions:
   1. Click “Forgot your password?”.
   
   2. The following notification will appear, stating that you must sign out first to reset your password.
   
   3. You will then be directed to the email entry page. Enter your email and click “Send password reset email” to receive instructions for changing your password. For more information, you can learn more here.
   
   - If an error occurs while resetting your password, the following notification will appear. Click “Forgot your password?” again and reset your password.
   
    

3. Next, you need to enter the OTP sent to WhatsApp at the phone number registered in your Mekari Talenta account information. Then, click “Verify”.
   

4. If you do not receive the OTP, you can wait 1 minute until the options Resend OTP (Resend the OTP to WhatsApp) or Use other methods (Try another method) appear.
   

5. If you select Use other methods (Try another method), you can choose Verify via SMS (Send via SMS) or Verify via email (Send via Email).
   

   Important
   Make sure that your Mekari Talenta account information, such as your phone number and email address, is accurate and up to date to ensure successful OTP delivery.

6. Your Payslip will then appear on the screen.

7. At the top of the screen, you will find information about your Name, Position, and Profile Photo.
   

8. You can select the Payslip period to display in the month period section.
   

9. The Payslip periods that you can filter by the current month or previous months will then appear. Then, click “Done” to view the Payslip details.
   

10. In the Earnings section, information about the Basic Salary and payroll components that increase your Take Home Pay will appear.
    
     

    - Meanwhile, the Deductions section displays information about payroll components that reduce your take-home pay.
    
    - The Take Home Pay section shows the amount of your salary that will be transferred or paid to you.
    

11. The Benefit section displays information about payroll components in the form of benefits received by employees. These components do not affect the amount of Take Home Pay you receive.
    

    If you enable attendance summary in the payslip settings, you can view an attendance summary on your payslip as follows.
    

12. Click Download Payslip (Payslip Month and Year) to download proof of tax deductions on the income you received.
    

13. However, if there is a Take-home pay conversion, the following is an example of a payslip with details of the conversion. In addition to viewing your payslip details and conversion, you can also download the Tax slip.
