To view payslip information, you can access the My Payslip Menu on your Talenta Mobile Home screen. However, to access the My Payslip menu, you will be asked to enter a password before you can see your payslip display.

Here are the steps:

1. Click the "My Payslip" button on your Talenta Mobile Home page.
   
2. Enter your Payslip Password.
   
   

   - If you forget your password, you can do the following steps:
   1. Click "Forgot your password?".
   
   2. Then the following notification will appear, informing you that in order to reset your password, you must first sign out.
   
   3. Next, you will be directed to the email filling page. Fill in your email and click “Send password reset email” and you will receive password change instructions, you can learn more here.
   
   - If an error occurs when resetting the password, the following notification appears. Click “Forgot your password?” and reset the password.
   

3. Next, you can enter the OTP sent to WhatsApp using the phone number registered to your Mekari Talenta account. Then, click  "Verify". 
   

4. If you encounter problems receiving the OTP, you can wait 1 minute until the option to Resend OTP (Resend OTP to WhatsApp) or Use other methods (Try another method) appears.
   

5. If you select Use other methods, you can choose the option to Verify via SMS or Verify via email.
   

   Important
   Ensure that your Mekari Talenta account data, such as telephone number and email, is correct and up-to-date for successful OTP delivery.

6. Then your Payslip display will appear on the screen.
7. At the top of the screen, there is information about your name, position, and profile photo.
   
8. You can choose the Payslip period, which will be displayed in the month section.
   
9. Then the Payslip period will appear, which you can filter on the current month or the previous month. After that, click "Done" to view the Payslip details.
   
10. In the Earnings section, information about the Basic Salary and payroll components that contribute to the Take Home Pay will be displayed.
    
    

    - Meanwhile, information on payroll components will appear in the Deductions section, which reduces take-home pay.
    
    - In the Take Home Pay section, you will see the amount of salary that will be transferred or received by you.
    

11. In the Benefit section, information about payroll components in the form of benefits received by the employee will be displayed. These components do not affect the amount of Take Home Pay you receive.
    
    

    In the Attendance Summary section, you can see a summary of your attendance.
    

12. Click Download Payslip (Month and Year Payslip) to download proof of withholding tax on the income you receive.
