How to Reset Password

In this section, you will learn how to log in to the Mekari Talenta application if you forget your password. However, you can first learn how to log in Mekari Talenta, here.

Here are the steps.

  1. On the login page, click “Forgot Password”.

  2. Enter the email registered to your Mekari Talenta account. Then, click “Send me reset password instructions”.

  3. Then the following notification will appear. Check your email to reset your password.

  4. Click "Reset Password" which is in your email.

  5. Then you will be taken to the page where you may create a new password. Enter your password and confirm your new password. Then click "Save password & continue".

  6. Then, your password has been successfully updated.

  7. Please log back into your account using the new password.

    Password changes apply to all access that requires a password on the Mekari Talenta account. Then, you can log back into your Mekari Talenta account using the new password.
