You can now effortlessly upload the job openings you've created with New Talenta Recruitment to your LinkedIn page. Based on this, you, as a recruiter, can directly publish job listings to LinkedIn via Mekari Talenta, attracting more employee applicants to your organization. Check out the complete steps below.
Important
- Make sure you are a recruiter and hold the Admin role to be able to access the Recruitment module in Talenta.
-Make sure you already have a LinkedIn Company Profile and LinkedIn Company ID.
- Sign in to your Talent account.
- Then on the main page on the left side of the Applications section, select the following “Recruitment” menu.
- Select the Settings menu.
- Then click tab “Integrations”.
- Then on the following page, fill in your Company ID in the LinkedIn Integration column. Click here to learn how to get your Company ID.
- After that, click “Save”.
- Then the following display will appear indicating that you have successfully integrated New Talenta Recruitment with LinkedIn.
- Next, you can create job vacancies in the Job listings menu.
- Follow the steps to create job vacancies on Job listing. Then in the Publication settings stage, activate the “LinkedIn” toggle to upload the job vacancy you have created on the LinkedIn page. Then click “Publish” to upload it.
- This Job listing will be uploaded on LinkedIn within 24 hours.
- To disable the Publication platform toggle, follow these steps.:
1. Click the three-dot icon on the Job listing that has been created, then select View details.
2. Scroll down the page and click the Publication platform tab. Then click the pencil icon to edit the data.3. Then you can disable the toggle. Click “Save changes” to save the changes.
