Goals is a feature that monitors targets to be achieved by individuals or teams. Equipped with an Approval feature that can be customized according to your needs, every action taken by employees in Goals can be validated first to ensure alignment with the agreement. These actions include creating (create) new Goals, making changes (edit), and updating achievements (update).
First, to use this feature, you must enable the approval settings for Goals. Here are the steps:
A. Through Talenta Performance Management
Go to review.talenta.co.
Go to the Goals menu and select Settings.
The “Inactive” label appears on approval settings for Goals that have not been activated. Click “Open approval” to activate them.
Click “No Approval” to create a policy for Goals approval requests submitted by employees. You can select and customize which actions on a Goal require approval, such as Create Goal, Edit Goal, or Update Goal Progress.

B. Through Talenta HRIS
Visit Talenta at www.talenta.co and log in to your account first.
In the Dashboard menu, click your profile picture. Then, click "Settings".
Click the “ESS” tab.
Click “No Approval” to create a policy for Goals approval requests submitted by employees. You can select and customize which actions on a Goal require approval, such as Create Goal, Edit Goal, or Update Goal Progress.
