Talenta is a cloud-based HRIS software. You can utilize various features that will simplify the process of managing human resource information within your company, both in terms of administration and finance.
Talenta provides several roles that can be assigned to users, one of which is the Employee role. Users with the Employee role will gain access to the employee page, commonly known as the ESS (Employee Self Service) view. To learn about the roles available in Talenta, you can learn more here.
On this page, you can access certain features available only to employees. Employees can perform various activities independently through this page. The menus accessible to the Employee role holder are as follows:

In the ESS view, you will find a dedicated view for each individual's information in the Dashboard and My Info menus. Additionally, you'll also get a limited view of the Employee, Calendar, and Company menus (not the full version like the Super Admin role).

This menu allows you to access all your personal data. You can request changes to data such as general information and payroll information. You can also access requests for leave, attendance, overtime, and reimbursements. You can also find all your employee status changes, salary adjustments, loans, and changes to the JKK (Javanese Work Insurance) level here. |

You can also utilize the Talenta Mobile application to increase user mobility. On Talenta Mobile, you can perform live attendance, request reimbursements, and request shift changes.
