Job Position Menu Overview

In the Talenta database, you can add position information in the company and download the data in Excel, PDF and image formats. But before that, you can first add a category of employment status.

The following is a brief explanation of the Job Position menu.

1 Export

Button to export job position data which is divided into:
  • Export data: To download position data in the Talenta system in Excel form.
  • Export Image: To download position data on the Talenta system in the form of a photo (.png).
  • Export PDF: To download position data on the Talenta system in PDF format.
2 Bulk update To change or add position data information to the existing Talenta system in bulk.
3 Add Job Position

Button to add job position by:

  • Single add (unit)
  • Bulk add 
4 Chart view To see the organizational structure in diagrammatic form.
5 Table view To see the organizational structure in the form of a table.
6 Chart icon To view the chart in horizontal or vertical form.
7 Filter

The button filters charts by:

  • Status
  • Branch
  • Organization
8 All Job Position

To filter the chart based on a particular job position.
9 Icon zoom in & out To zoom in or zoom out chart.
10 Settings

Button to make chart display settings.

  • Show employee: To view employees in a particular division.
  • Compact mode: You can only view employee names according to settings.
  • Employee display per card: Setting to select the number of employees to be displayed per division.
11 Expand all Click to display all available charts.
12 Chart  Here, you can see the organizational structure in diagrammatic form.

On the Job Position menu, you can add a new job position with the parent of the position. You can add job titles individually or in bulk.
