Apart from adding job grades and classes, you can also add employment status for contract employees. On Talenta, you can add employment status and manage expiration.
Here are the steps:
Go to the Settings menu. You can select the Company option, then click Employment Status.
Click "Add employment status" to add employment status.
Then, the following sidebar appears.

| 1 | Employment status name | Fill in the name of the employment status, for example, Full-time, 6 Month Contract, and so on. |
| 2 | Sign date | Check “This status has sign date” if the employment status has a contract signature date. |
| 3 | End date | Check "This status has an end date" if the employment status has an end date. If you check it, you can set a specific end date for the employment status by ticking "Set specific duration for end date". After that, you can enter the duration in months in the Duration field. This setting will affect the employee transfer process—automatically set the end date duration. |
Click “Save” to save.

You will then be redirected to the employment status list page you created. You will see the Employment Status Name, Sign-Up Date, and End Date you previously set.
You can perform actions on the Employment statuses listed by clicking "Actions," then "Edit" to change the settings or "Delete" to remove them. For the default employment status settings, you can only edit them.
After adding the employment status category, you can add positions in the company both individually and in bulk.
