Job Position Menu Overview

In the Talenta database, you can add position information in the company and download the data in Excel, PDF, and image formats. But before that, you can first add a category of employment status.

The following is a brief explanation of the Job Position menu.

Export

Buttons to export job position data which are divided into:
  • Export data : To download job data in the Talenta system in Excel form.
  • Export Image : to download job data on the Talenta system in photo format (.png).
  • Export PDF to download position data in the Talenta system in PDF form.
2 Bulk update To change or add job data information to the existing Talent system in bulk.

Add Job Position

Button to add job position:
  • Single add (unit)
  • Import job position (mass)
4 Chart view To see the organizational structure in diagram form.
5 Table view To see the organizational structure in table form.
6 Chart icon To view the chart in horizontal or vertical form.

Filter

The button filters the chart by:
  • Status
  • Branch
  • Organization
8 All Job Position

Button to set the parent of each job position.

9 Zoom in & out icon To zoom in or out on the chart display.

Settings

Buttons to adjust the chart display settings.
  • Show employees: To view employees in a particular division.
  • Compact mode: You can only see employee names according to the settings.
  • Employee display per card: Settings to select the number of employees to be displayed per division.
11 Search column Column that you can use to search for job positions based on certain keywords.
12 Expand all Click to display all available charts.
13 Chart Here, you can see the organizational structure in diagram form.

In the Job Position menu, you can add new job positions along with their parent positions. You can add positions one by one or in bulk.
