Overview of the Loan Submenu

Through Mekari Talenta, you can record employee loans and manage their payment installments through the Finance menu, Loan submenu. 

Below is a brief explanation of the Loan feature display:

1. Help Click to get help in the form of guide articles.
2. Import loan Button to add employee loan transaction data in bulk. Learn the guide here.
3. Create loan Button to add new employee loan transaction data. Learn the guide here.
4. Filter by status

Set the display and search data based on loan status options, such as Terminated, Settled, or Active. Here is an explanation of the statuses in loans:

  • Terminated: Loan is inactive. The loan can be set to inactive in certain cases, for example, when an employee has resigned and fully repaid the loan. Learn the guide to managing loan settlement for employees who resign here.
  • Settled: The loan has been fully paid by the employee. You can change the status to Settled when the employee who is still working at your company has fully repaid the loan.
  • Active: Active loan. This status applies when the loan is still ongoing and has not yet been repaid by the employee.
5. All filters Click to apply data filters based on the following categories:

You can select filter categories by clicking “Add filter”, then choose the filter category. Next, click “Apply filter” to apply.
6. Edit column Click to modify the columns of loan transaction history information.
7. Export Button to download the transaction data displayed on this page in Excel format.
8. Search bar This column functions to search for loan transaction data by typing in specific keywords.
9. Loan ID Loan transaction number. If you click it, you will be directed to the transaction details page.
10. View details

Click to open the transaction details and transaction history page.
