How to Record Loans in Bulk

In the world of business, companies often provide loans to employees. On Mekari Talenta, you can record these loans on the Loan menu. In inputting, loans can be done by import or manually. This article will explain how to record loans in bulk with Mekari Talenta, here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Finance menu and select Loan.
  2. On the Request page, click "Import loan" then click New transaction.

  3. Select the employee whose loan you want to record by clicking "Select employee”. Then, after selecting the employee, you can click “Download template” to download an Excel template to fill in the data for employees who are taking out loans en masse.

    You can select the names of the available employees in the left column. The selected employees will move to the right section, where you can delete the selected employees by clicking the “-” icon if an error occurs. Once you've finished selecting employee names, you can click “Done.”

  4. The downloaded Excel template will look like the following. You can fill in the blank columns. In the following example, columns C through F have been filled in as a reference. To get a guide to filling in the format, hover your cursor over the column heading. For example, in the image below, a brief guide to filling in the Effective date appears because you hovered your cursor over the column heading. Once the data is complete, save the file.

    Important
    - Ensure the columns are filled in correctly, following the instructions.
    - Ensure the file is saved in XLSX format.

  5. Once you have finished filling out the template, you can return to the Mekari Talenta application window and click “Browse”.

  6. The uploaded file will look like this. Then, click “Upload” to create loan transaction data bulk on the Mekari Talenta system.
