How to Manage Company Information in the Settings Menu

In this section, you can add complete company information to Talenta starting from basic company information, tax information, and other information. This information will affect the information in the employee database.

Here are the steps.

A. Company Info

  1. On the Dashboard menu, click the profile icon on the top right.

  2. Click "Company Settings".

  3. You will be directed to the Company Info tab.

  4. Enter the company logo by clicking the "Upload Logo" button.

  5. Click the "Edit" icon. Then you will automatically log in to Mekari Account.

  6. Enter the company name information in the Company Name section.

  7. Enter the office address information along with the province, city and postcode.

  8. Select the type of industry and size of your company.

  9. Click "Simpan".

B. Tax Info

  1. On the Dashboard menu, click the profile icon on the top right.

  2. Click "Company Settings".

  3. On the Company Info tab, click the "Edit" icon in the Tax Info section.
  4. You will be directed to the company tax information edit page as follows.

    No. Column/Button Name Description
    1. NPWP 15 digits (old) Update the old NPWP with 15 digits in this column.
    2. NPWP 16 digits (new) Enter/update a new NPWP with 16 digits in this column.
    3. Company taxable date Change the company tax registered date in this column
    4. Tax person name Update the name of the person responsible for tax for the company in this column
    5. Tax person NPWP 15 digits (old) Update the Tax person's 15-digit (old) NPWP in this column.
    6. Tax person NPWP 16 digits (new) Update the Tax person's 16-digit (new) NPWP in this column.
  5. Click "Save changes" to save data changes.

C. Other Info

  1. On the Dashboard menu, click the profile icon on the top right.

  3. In the Company Info tab, click the "Edit" icon in the Other Info section.

  4. Enter the company's initial information in the HQ Initial section.

  5. Tick Show branch name instead of company name on apps header to display the company branch name and logo on Talenta dashboard if the employee is mapped to a particular branch.

  6. Choose the UMR of the province where your branch/company is located.

    The UMR nominal will automatically adjust to the prevailing UMR Province.

  7. Enter the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (National Social Security Agency for Employment) and JKK number information applied to the company and fill in the KLU Code of the company.

  8. Tick My company has been registered in the tax office and entitled to PPH 21 incentive, if your company has been registered in KPP (Tax Office).

  9. Click "Upload e-sign" to enter a scan of the signature of the person responsible for tax withholding to be affixed to form 1721-A1.

  10. In this section, select Not use if you don't use Talenta mobile for employee attendance, Used if you use it, and Used with GPS if you use it with GPS.
