The Payroll page in Talenta Insights provides payroll-related insights. The data presented is related to payroll, such as payroll cost, allowance cost, deduction cost, and others. The following is an explanation of the data presented on the Payroll page:
Payroll Cost (Bar Chart): Monthly salary expenses broken down into Take Home Pay (THP), BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and PPh 21 (Tax).
Allowance Cost (Bar Chart): A breakdown of expenses based on the allowance types configured in the payroll system.
Deduction Cost (Bar Chart): A breakdown of expenses based on employee salary deduction types.
New in Payroll (Data Table): A list of new employees who are entering the payroll calculation process for the current period for the first time.
Excluded from Payroll (Data Table): A list of employees excluded (hold/skip) from the payroll calculation for the current period.
The information is presented in graphical reports in the form of bar charts, line charts, or statistical summaries, making it easy for you to understand and analyze the data.
The following are the steps to access information for Payroll Insight.
On the Dashboard page, click “Insight.”
After entering the Talenta Insights page, click the "Payroll" menu to view Payroll Insight.
You can then view the Payroll Insight page.
Use the filter button to filter the dashboard based on a specific payroll period or category (Branch, Organization, Job level, or position). Then, apply the filter by clicking “Apply filter.”

A. Payroll Cost
In Payroll Cost, you can view a summary of information related to the payroll components for Take Home Pay, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and Tax within the company.
The following is the Payroll cost graph display based on the payroll period and/or category filters you have selected.

You can also view the allowance cost graph based on the allowance components that have been set in the payroll component setting, in the Allowance Cost section.

In New In Payroll, you can view which employees have newly entered the payroll period for the month. You can download this data in spreadsheet format by clicking the “download” icon.
E. Excluded from Payroll
You can also view which employees were excluded during the relevant monthly payroll period in Excluded from Payroll. You can download this data in spreadsheet format by clicking the “download” icon.
