You can find this live chat feature on the bottom left and you can immediately write down the keywords of your problem/constraint. However, before that, make sure you have logged in to your Talenta account.
A. Using the Live Chat Service
Here are the steps to contact our support team via the live chat service:
- Go to talenta.co.
- Click “Login”.
- Then Login using the Email and Password that you have.
- Then click the "Chat" icon at the bottom left.
If you are already log in and want to access our live chat service, you can find this "Chat" icon at the bottom left of the page.
- Then you will be asked to choose whether you want to start a new conversation or if you want to continue the previous conversation (if you have unresolved tickets)..
- Then, enter the email address that you used to access Talenta.
If in the previous point, you selected Continue Previous Conversation then you will not be asked to fill in your email address.
- And after that, you can write down your questions or problems right away.
If the response appears as a bot response like the following, you can click "Restart" and repeat the steps above to restart the conversation with our support team.
