The menu in Talenta HRIS
All features in Talenta are categorized into the following menus:

The Employees menu is used to manage all employee information as a company database, including employee personal information, personnel information, payroll information, and includes activities such as adding employees, changing employee information, employee transfer history, adjusting PTKP status, importing employee data, and so on. In this menu, you can also manage the Manpower Planning feature, which optimizes a company's human resources. This feature allows companies to set monthly employee headcount plans and find replacements when employees resign. |

The recruitment menu directs you to the supporting application, Mekari Talenta Recruitment. Through this supporting application, you can establish your company's recruitment pathway, then screen candidates until they are offered to potential employees. |

Time |
The Time Management menu is a menu used to manage all time settings, which consist of: work schedules, attendance, breaks, leave, and timesheets that apply within the company. Additionally, you can add Liveness add-ons to attendance and breaks. |

The Finance menu is a menu used to manage reimbursement, cash advance, loan, and Expense Management policies that apply within the company. |

Payroll |
The Payroll menu is a menu used to manage all payroll calculations for all employees in the company, including the payroll calculation process, changes to its components, reimbursement management, loans, payroll tax calculations, and report analysis. |

The Productivity menu is used to manage employee assignments and related projects. Additionally, this menu allows you to utilize features for creating forms and document templates. |

The Company menu is a menu used to manage all your company's administrative data, such as assets, Talenta user activity history, announcements to all employees, notifications, files , and report builder . |

Applications |
The Applications menu displays options for Mekari Talenta HRIS supporting applications, such as Mekari Expense, Mekari Flex, and Insurance. |

Integrations |
The Integrations menu makes it easier for you to manage integrations between applications without having to go to the Settings menu. |

Settings |
The Settings menu is a menu used to make various settings for operating the Talenta system, including company account settings, attendance time provisions, payroll, users, integration, and so on. |
