Mekari Talenta always tries to provide a fast and integrated service, and with that, we provide the latest live chat service that can help you find a solution to your problem. You can find this live chat feature on the bottom left, and you can immediately write down the keywords of your problem/constraint. However, before that, make sure you have logged in to your Talenta account.
A. Using the Live Chat Service
Here are the steps to contact our support team via live chat service:
- Sign in to your Mekari Talenta account.

On the main page, click the “Chat” icon at the bottom left corner.
If you are already logged in and want to access our live chat service, you can find the “Chat” icon at the bottom left of the page.

Select the “Send us a message” option to live chat with the Talenta Customer Support team.

Then, you can choose from the available question options to narrow down your concerns with Airene (an AI chatbot) before entering the live chat system.
Talenta support team operating hours are from Monday to Saturday, 09.00 - 18.00 WIB.

After that, if the problem has been resolved by the Airene system, you'll receive a message stating that you'll be connected to a Customer Support agent shortly. Your email address will be automatically recorded by the system , and you can wait a few minutes for a Talenta Customer Support representative to appear in the chat room .
You can click the three-dot icon to expand the chat room window or download the transcript. Alternatively, you can close the chat room window by clicking the "x" icon.

If a Customer Support representative is present, you'll see the message "[Customer support name] joined the conversation ". You can write your questions, needs, and any issues you're experiencing in the space provided, as shown in the example below. Then, click the "up arrow" icon to send a message.
You will immediately receive a conversation ticket number to allow Customer Support agents to track and manage the entire interaction, including previous chat history and issue status.

Once the issue has been resolved, you can provide an answer to confirm closing the conversation.

Next, rate your conversation with our Support team by selecting one of the emojis below. Click the "left arrow" icon to exit the chat room .

You can click "Messages" to view your live chat history. Or, send another message by clicking "Send us a message ".
