A. Employee Assets
In managing employee assets in Talenta, you can import assets individually or in bulk. Here are the steps:
- Go to the Company menu.
- Select Assets.
- Select Employee Assets.
- Click “Add New”.
- Enter information on the type of asset loaned in Asset Category and the asset code in Serial Number.
- Select the employee to whom the asset is loaned in Holder and describe the asset in Description.
- Enter the asset loan date in Lend Date and tick Returned for asset return.
- Then enter the return date on Returned Date.
- Click "Submit" to save.
- You can see the list of assets loaned to employees in this table.
- You can also manage assets in bulk. Click "Export Assets" to download the excel template.
- Enter the asset data in the excel template.
- Click "Import Assets" to import from the template and the assets will be automatically entered into the asset list.
- You can also edit assets by clicking the "pencil" icon and delete assets by clicking the "cross" icon.
B. Company Assets
Managing assets in Talenta, you can also import the assets owned by the company. Here are the steps:
- Go to the Company menu.
- Select Assets.
- Select Company Assets.
- Click “Add New”.
- Enter information on the type of asset loaned in the Asset Category and the number of assets in Quantity.
- Then describe the asset in the Description.
- Click "Submit" to save.
