After the super admin sets up employee payslips, employees can view their payslips through Talenta. As an employee, you can download your payslip in PDF format. The payslip contains various salary components, from bonuses to detailed income tax deductions. Follow the steps below.

1. From the Dashboard, select the “Employee profile” menu.

2. Then select the "Payroll" tab and click Payslip.
   

3. Click “View Payslip” to view the payslip details for that period, or click “Download taxslip" - Taxslip 1721 A1 to view the Article 21 income tax withholding slip.
   

   The Article 21 income tax withholding slip is only available for the December period.

4. Then, enter your password to view the payslip.
   

   If you want to change your password, you can access the Account Setting. menu.

5. Then click “Submit”.

6. Next, you need to enter the OTP sent to WhatsApp at the phone number registered in your Mekari Talenta account information. Then, click “Verify”.
   

7. If you do not receive the OTP, you can wait 1 minute until the options Resend OTP (Resend the OTP to WhatsApp) or Use other methods (Try another method) appear.
   

8. If you select Use other methods (Try another method), you can choose Verify via sms (Send via SMS) or Verify via email (Send via Email).
   

   Important
   Make sure that your Mekari Talenta account information, such as your phone number and email address, is accurate and up to date to ensure successful OTP delivery.

9. The following is the payslip detail view.

   1.	Download	A button to download the payslip in PDF format.
   2.	Logo	Displays the company logo.
   3.	Company Name	Displays the company name.
   4.	Payroll Information	Contains payroll information.
   5.	Earning	Contains allowance components.
   6.	Deduction	Contains salary deduction components.
   7.	Take Home Pay	Displays the salary transfer information.
   8.	Benefit	Contains employee benefit information and the total benefit amount received.
   9	Attendance Summary	Contains attendance information
   10.	Note	Contains notes related to the payslip for that month.

10. If there are components in different currencies, the following is an example of a payslip view containing overtime details automatically grouped according to each currency. Each overtime transaction group is presented transparently, complete with the applicable currency name and symbol.
    

    This new view does not apply to companies that use custom payslips.

    In addition to talenta.co, you can also view your payslip through Talenta mobile. You can also upload the payslip in PDF format directly to your smartphone.
