How to Manage the New File Notification Feature

In Talenta, you can give a reminder that there is a file that has just been uploaded to Talenta in the form of a notification on the mobile employee. You can activate this feature in the Company menu.

Here are the steps:

  1. On the Company menu, click Files, then select the Company files tab.
  2. Click “Add file”.
  3. Then, you can fill in the Add file form. Make sure to check Reminder to check the newly added file so that the system sends an email and notification for employees to check the newly added file. Then, click “Save” to save the file and settings.
  4. If the file is uploaded successfully, the reminder notification that will be received is as follows. Click "Open My Files" and you will be directed to Talenta's My Files page.
