How to Manage File Reminder Feature

In this section, you will learn how to manage reminder files from the files you uploaded in Talenta. This feature serves as a reminder (notification) for documents that have expired dates.

Here are the steps:

  1. On the Company menu, click Files, then select the Company files  tab.
  2. Click Click “Add file”.
  3. Then, you can fill in the Add file form. Make sure to check After the file is uploaded, if you want employees to immediately get an email and notification after the document is uploaded. Then, click “Save” to save the file and settings.
