In this section, you will learn how to manage reminder files from the files you uploaded in Talenta. This feature serves as a reminder (notification) for documents that have expired dates.
Here are the steps:
- Go to the Company menu.
- Select Files.
- Select Company Files.
- Click “Add New”.
- Fill in the File Name, Publish Date, and select the file and employee name.
- Tick Send email & push notification after file uploaded, if you want employees to get the email and push notification immediately after the document is uploaded.
- In this section, tick Send file reminder notification, if you want employees to get notifications and Fill in the reminder date settings in the Select date section, and you can also enter a time reminder in the Remind before section, where the system will provide a reminder in the form of a notification, a few days before the time you specify.
- Click "Upload".
