How to Manage Review Cycles That Have Been Made on Talenta Performance

On the Review Cycle menu page, there is a list of review cycles that you have previously created according to the steps in the guide here. After the review cycle is complete, you can start to manage it.

The following shows a list of review cycles that have been made: 

  1. Select a review cycle you want to manage by clicking "Actions". You can then perform the following actions: View details, Update cycle repeat date, Unlock review results, and Delete.

    You can perform the Stop automatic cycle action for the Review cycle with the Auto repeat cycle.

  2. If you select View detail, you will be taken to a display like the following.

    1. Edit Cycle info Click to change Cycle name.
    2. Edit Repeat cycle automatically after the cycle ends Click to enable or disable the setting to have the system automatically reuse the cycle after it ends.
    3. Cycle details table
    • Time Frame: Displays the selected assessment period.
    • Review Period: Displays the assessment implementation time.
    • Employees: Number of employees assigned to the cycle.
    • Review: Displays the progress status of task completion in a particular cycle.
    4. Actions You can perform certain actions such as:

    - Publish score to publish the value to employees (optional). Even if it is not published , HR can still retrieve the report. If you click, a pop-up will appear. You can set Review methods (Manager review, 360 review, Team review, and/ Self review) and Result display ( Review score: Then what is published is only the detailed score and/ AI Review summary: then what is published is only the summary by AI) what is published to the review member. Then, click “Publish review”. Every published result can be seen by cycle members in the my review menu. 

    - Detail to see detailed cycle information. 
    - Extend period to extend the cycle period.
  3. Here is what it looks like if you select “Actions”, then Details.

    4 Edit template Click to immediately change the contents of the review template.
    5 Filter To filter the review list by specific category.
    6 Search bar To search for an employee's name in the review cycle list on the displayed tab.
    7 Checklist To select members en masse to perform certain actions.

    To perform the following actions.

    • Reviewer list: To display the list of reviewers.
    • Set reviewer weight: To set the assessment weight of each reviewer.
    • Edit reviewer: To add or remove reviewers.
    • Sync discipline data: To synchronize employee discipline data, such as attendance, reprimands, and leave, into performance appraisal results. By enabling this option, the system will automatically pull and update attendance, reprimand, and time off data when an employee has a review result.
    • Delete member: To delete an employee.
  4. You can add reviewers if needed by clicking "Edit Reviewers" and selecting a reviewer's name. The selected reviewer's name will move to the right. Below is an explanation of the Add Reviewer screen.

    1. Search employee name To search for a specific employee name or ID.
    2. Filter To select the desired employee category for review, filter by Company ( if your company consists of a parent company and subsidiaries ), Branch, Organization, Job level, and Job position . Click "Submit" if the assigned employee name is correct.
    3. Employee List Displays a list of employees you can select from.
    4. Search To search for the name of the employee who has been selected.
    5. Clear selection To reset the names of employees that have been selected.
    6. Employee(s) Selected Displays the name of the selected reviewer.
  5. Click "Save", then the added reviewers will be visible in the Submission column.

  6. Meanwhile, to add reviewers in bulk to all cycle members or employees in the cycle, you can click "More actions" and select "Import reviewers".

  7. Then download the template and complete it with the employee ID reviewer for each member cycle. If you have, click “Choose file” and click “Submit” to continue.

  8. You can also change the reviewer weights in a cycle in bulk by clicking “More actions” and then selecting “Import reviewer weights”.

  9. Then, you can customize the template you want to download by selecting one of the options in Select cycle members, namely All cycle members in this cycle to select all employees in this cycle, or select Specific cycle members only to select only some employees in this cycle. 

  10. After that, you can click "Download template" to download the template. Then, fill out the template completely.

    - After you click "Download template", you can download the template by clicking the following file. 

    - Then, in the template, you can fill in the Reviewer weight column.

  11. Once you've completed the template, return to the Mekari Talenta Import reviewer weights page. Click "Browse". Then, click "Import".

  12. Additionally, you can also change scores in bulk for all cycle members or employees within the cycle by clicking “More actions” and selecting “Import adjustment scores”.

  13. Then, download the template and complete it with customized values ​​for each member cycle, if you have, click “Choose file” and click “Submit” to continue.

  14. Additionally, under "More actions", there's a Sync discipline data option. With this option, you can ask the system to synchronize reprimand data.

  15. You can wait for the data to sync.

  16. You can also check the employee name and click “Action” to:

    Assign reviewer To add reviewers to selected employees.
    Upload reviewer To upload reviewers in bulk on selected employees.
    Set reviewer weight Determine the assessment weight, if there is a division of reviewer weights among selected employees.

    Download pdf Download the review results of selected employees.
    Sync discipline data To instruct the system to synchronize the selected employee's reprimand data.
    Delete member To delete the selected employee.
  17. After the reviewer has been successfully added, they will receive a task to provide an assessment of their account.
