Mekari Talenta has launched an automatic queue feature to speed up heavy tasks such as import, export, and running payroll simultaneously without making the system feel slow. You can monitor the status of data processing directly through the Queue Activity submenu located within the Company menu. On this page, you can see estimated times, monitor progress percentages, and even cancel tasks that are still in the queue status.

Important
To help you better understand the queue system mechanism, here are the queue processing rules:
- Main Priority: Run Payroll and Run THR are prioritized to be processed first, so other queue processes will wait.
- Write Processing: Data writing tasks (write) within the same group are processed sequentially, including if there are data reading tasks.
- Read Processing: Data reading processes within the same group can be run in parallel by the system.

Here are the steps to manage queue activity.

1. Go to the “Company” menu, then select Queue activity.
   
    

   Additionally, you can click “See all activities” in the activity window that appears when running an import, export, or run payroll process to go directly to the Queue activity submenu.
   

2. You will then be directed to the Queue activity page, where you can see the list of queued processes currently running in the system. You can monitor the queue status in the Status column. Also, for activities that are currently in the queue or Queued, you can cancel them by clicking “Cancel”.
   

3. In the pop-up that appears, confirm your action by clicking “Cancel process”.
