How to View the Assessment Library Page

The Library page can be accessed by subscribers of the Psychometric Assessment add-ons. Through this page, you can view various types and functions of each Psychometric Assessment available in Mekari Talenta Recruitment. The explanation below will describe how to access and view the Library page through the Assessments menu.

  1. Go to the “Assessments” menu and then select Library.

  2. You will then be directed to the Assessment library page as shown below.

A. Leadership Competency Profile

This assessment is designed to identify an individual's capacity to take on greater responsibilities, especially in managerial or leadership roles.

  1. This assessment consists of 570 questions that need to be completed within 150 minutes. Additionally, the evaluation focuses on three main measurement areas:

    1. Intelligence Aspect: Assesses abstract thinking ability, general intelligence, verbal reasoning, and numerical skills.

    2. Personality Aspect: Reviews emotional stability, adaptability, teamwork, leadership spirit, and achievement motivation.

    3. Work Attitude Aspect: Analyzes accuracy, rule compliance, work endurance under pressure, work pace, work systematics, and service orientation.

  3. Besides studying information about the Leadership Competency Profile, on this page you can also click the “Measured capabilities” tab to see the list of skills evaluated in this assessment.

  4. You can also view sample question types by clicking the “Sample questions” tab. There, you can see one question from each type, such as CDF, ART, and others.

  5. Finally, you can open the “Report example” tab to view a sample report of the candidate’s Leadership Competency Profile assessment results.

  6. When you scroll down the report, you can see the summary of the candidate’s assessment as well as the official report number from LPTUI.

B. Operational Readiness Test

This assessment is intended to determine an individual's potential to perform technical and routine tasks through cognitive ability, personality, and work attitude aspects.

  1. This test consists of 420 questions with a duration of 90 minutes. The points measured include the following aspects:

    1. Intelligence Aspect: Measures the candidate’s general intelligence.

    2. Personality Aspect: Assesses teamwork ability, adaptability, and emotional stability.

    3. Work Attitude Aspect: Evaluates endurance under pressure, rule compliance, diligence, accuracy, and work pace.

C. Professional Talent Assessment

This assessment is intended to determine an individual's potential to perform work tasks effectively and consistently through cognitive ability, personality, and work attitude aspects.

  1. This test consists of 570 questions with a duration of 150 minutes. The points measured include the following aspects:

    1. Intelligence Aspect: Measures abstract thinking, general intelligence, numerical ability, and verbal reasoning.

    2. Personality Aspect: Assesses teamwork ability, adaptability, and emotional stability.

    3. Work Attitude Aspect: Evaluates endurance under pressure, rule compliance, accuracy, service orientation, work systematics, and work pace.
