Companies can now independently operate the Talenta Recruitment and Performance & Talent Management features through Mekari Talenta Launchpad - Modular Solutions, without needing to subscribe to the full Talenta HRIS package.
As a Super Admin, you have full authority to manage employee data, organizational structure, roles, and employment status. This guide will explain the process of creating and managing your company’s employment statuses via the Talenta Launchpad platform.
Go to https://launchpad.talenta.co.
Go to the “Company” menu, then select Employment status.

You can create a new (Employment status) by clicking “New employment status”.
There are 3 (three) default employment statuses that cannot be deleted, which are Permanent, Contract, and Probation. However, for Contract and Probation, settings related to Sign date and End date can be modified and will be explained in the following steps.
The following sidebar will appear. Fill in the required information form to create the employment status.
| No. | Column/Button Name | Description |
| 1. | Employment status name | This mandatory field is to specify the name or type of the new employment status you want to create (in the example above, it is filled with "Internship"). |
| 2. | Sign date | Check this to enable the setting for the contract signing or approval date of the employment status. This date corresponds with the settings in Talenta. |
| 3. | End date | Sets the validity period of the employment status, including the option to activate the end date of employment and specify a specific duration that you can set according to the number of months (in the example above, it is set for 3 months). |
Once the form is completely filled out, click “Save”.
The new employment status will be successfully added to the Mekari Talenta database and you will be redirected back to the Employment status page.
-
You can perform certain actions on the created employment status, such as editing the employment status data by clicking “Actions” then Edit. Or, deactivate the employment status by clicking “Actions” then Deactivate. Additionally, you can delete it by clicking “Actions” then Delete.
When deleting an employment status, a confirmation pop-up like the following will appear. You can click “Delete” to confirm the deletion.
