Mekari Talenta can be integrated with various Touchless portal applications commonly used for attendance with face recognition or fingerprint, including Solution. Through this integration, you can easily connect the employee attendance mechanism on the Mekari Talenta system with the Solution system.

Important
- Compatible devices: X100-C, X304, X302-S, X401, X601, C1, X606-S, etc. - Please check https://www.solution.co.id/sdk.php to ensure the device is supported by Solution’s Web SDK Server.

Follow these steps to integrate Talenta with Solution.

  1. In the Dashboard menu, click on the Integrations menu.

  2. If the Solution integration has been activated, you can click “Setting” in the Touchless Portal - Solution box to configure settings.

  3. Click “Add device”.

  4. Complete the Setup connection form with your Solution device account information, such as the device name in the Device name field. Then, fill the Connection method - by Local IP Address with the IP address local to your Solution device account. The IP will be provided by the Talenta team. Once correctly filled, click “Connect device”.

    Important
    - Make sure you have subscribed to the Touchless Portal package.
    - Have a worker router to connect the device with the Talenta local server (please contact our support team for details on router types and special pricing from Talenta if you do not have one).
    - Contact the Talenta team to obtain the IP after purchasing the device.
    - Schedule a set-up session with Talenta support to activate the IP created by the Talenta local server.

  5. If the device is successfully connected, you will be directed to the Configuration page as shown below. Then, you can enter the attendance address or location in the Device location field.

  6. Next, you can select one or more verification methods by checking one or more options in the Verification method section.

  7. Then, you can choose advanced settings regarding the data to be integrated. You can select one or both options from these Advance settings. Select Include attendance shift if you want the employee clock-in and clock-out data to synchronize with the shift assigned by the device. Or, select Include time break if you want the employee break (rest) data to synchronize with the shift assigned by the device.

  8. Then, you can set who can perform clock-in/out using this device. You can optionally configure employees with specific criteria whose data is taken from this device.

    - All employee: All employee data from Solution is fetched and integrated into Talenta.
    - Selected employee: Choose this if you want to customize which employee data with specific criteria is integrated into Talenta. If you select this, you can specify certain criteria (Branch, Organization, Job level, etc.) in the available fields. You can add criteria layers by clicking “Add criteria”, then select one of the provided options.

For example, if you select “Branch”, you can check one or more options provided as follows, or remove criteria by clicking “-”.

  9. If the integration settings are correct, click “Save”.

  1. The integration you have set will then be listed on the Solution integration list page. For each created integration, you can see information such as name, serial number, total employees (clickable for details), criteria (clickable for details), device status, and last data synchronization time. Click “Action” to display certain action options.

You can see how many device quotas have been used in the Devices connected section. For example, Devices connected: 1/10 means you have used 1 device out of the 10 device quotas provided.

  2. The actions you can take are as follows.

    - Settings: Click to edit the integration rules divided into 4 parts: Device details, Setup, Device location, and Device log. Click “Save” when you finish editing the integration rules.

    - Sync attendance: Click to synchronize updated attendance data.
    - Remove device: Click to remove the connection with the device.

  3. Each employee clock-in and clock-out data with Solution is recorded in the Talenta attendance system. Below is the Attendance history log page of employees integrated with the integration settings in this example guide.
