Talenta LMS (Learning Management System) is a digital learning platform that helps companies plan, manage, and evaluate employee training programs in a structured manner.

Through Talenta LMS, you can create and manage courses, organize learning materials, determine the difficulty level of the training, and monitor employee progress and learning outcomes centrally.

To access Talenta LMS, you can log in to your Talenta account. Then click “HRIS” and select LMS App to enter the main LMS page for employees (students) or select LMS Backyard to enter the LMS management page for administrators.
