As a Super Admin role in Mekari Talenta, you can configure access roles for Super Admin and/or Admin for the Time off feature. However, first, you can learn how to set Talenta access roles here.
Below are the steps to set access for the Time off feature based on the user's role.
Go to the Settings menu.
Click the Users tab and select Access role.
Then, click “New”.
Enter the access role setting name in the Role Name field.
Select the access for Super Admin or Admin that you want to set.
Choose filters for access restrictions based on Organization, Job Position, Job Level, and Branch, so employees can only access data from the selected filters.
In the Role Type section, select Custom.
-
The following display will appear. You can configure access rights related to the Time off Submenu under Time Management, with a more detailed explanation below.
- Time Off Request - Admin: You can check View, Add/Edit, and/or Request.
In this case, as an example, if you check all access options, then in the Time off request submenu, that role will have permission to view this page (View) as well as add or modify (Add/Edit) and Request (submit) Time off.
- Time Off Transaction & Roster Leave: You can check View and/or Add/Edit.
In this case, as an example, if you check all access options, then in the Time off transaction submenu, that role will have permission to view (View) as well as add or modify (Add/Edit) data stored on this page.
- Time Off Balance History: You can check View.

- You need to check View on the Sub Menu to set access for Add/Edit or Request.
- If you do not check the View access, then the Sub Menu will not appear on the Mekari Talenta account of users with the criteria (referring to points 5-6) that you have set. If all access settings for the role are complete, then click "Save" to save.
That is the guide on setting access for the Time Off Sub Menu in the Time Menu for the Super Admin and/or Admin roles. Next, you can learn how to set other accesses, such as Time off settings, here.
