How to Create a New Calibration Group

Mekari Talenta offers a Calibration Group feature. This feature enables assessors or contributors to collaborate in a calibration process or session, facilitating more structured, controlled, and targeted employee performance assessments. You can create and manage calibration groups by following these steps.

  1. On the Reviews menu, select Calibrations.

  2. You will then be directed to the Calibration page, as shown below. Select “Calibration groups”.

  3. To create a new group, select “Create new group”.

  4. Then, you can fill out the new group creation form as follows.

1 Group name Enter the calibration group name here.
2 Apply all scope for the contributors in this group Check if the group includes all categories of contributors.
3 Add scope

Click if the group only includes a few contributor categories. You can select the following categories.

For example, if you select Branch, you can check the checkboxes for any branches within the scope of this group. Click “Add scope” to add another scope. To remove a scope, click “-”.

4 Add contributor Add contributors who can calibrate employee review results based on the scope you've selected. You can select employee names in the left column list by clicking Name or the "+" icon. Then, select "Submit".
5 Reset Click to reset all completed forms.
  1. Once the Calibration group form has been filled in, click “Submit” to create the group.

  2. You will then be redirected to the Calibration Groups page. The group you have successfully created will appear in the list.

  3. You can perform specific actions on a created group by clicking "Actions". Then, you can select View & Edit to view and/or change the group's details. Alternatively, click Delete Group to delete the group.
