The Salary Structure feature in Mekari Talenta HRIS enables you to create a salary structure in accordance with the provisions of Minister of Manpower Regulation Number 10 of 2017. Through this feature, you can create reports based on the year and salary components. If the system has available salary history for certain components in the same year, the actual data can be directly pulled to create a salary structure.
However, you can still create a salary structure even if there's no salary history in the system. Currently, the primary purpose of this feature is to generate reports that can be used for audits and company financial planning.
The following are the steps for compiling and managing a salary structure.
