The Duplicate feature in Mekari Talenta New Recruitment allows you, as a recruiter, to duplicate an existing job listing, copying all the data into a new draft. This is especially useful for similar or recurring roles, as it reduces repetitive manual entry and maintains consistency.
Here are the steps to duplicate a job listing.
Log in to your Talenta account.
Then, select Recruitment, then go to the Job listings menu.
On the job listing you want to duplicate, whether in Published or Unpublished status, click the “Three dots” icon, then select Duplicate.
Then the following pop-up appears, click “Edit & publish now” to immediately duplicate it in the form of a job listing draft.
Click the “Pencil” icon to edit the job listing information that has been duplicated in draft and customize it.

Once you have finished changing the information as needed, including the Status of this job listing to publish it by changing it to Published, click “Save changes”.
You can also change the data on the Job information, Application form, Hiring stages, Hiring team, and Publication platform tabs by clicking the “Pencil” icon.
