In the recruitment process, there is a possibility that there are candidates who need to be blacklisted or in Mekari Talenta it is called restricted. The reasons for candidates being blacklisted are various factors, such as their qualifications and experience not matching the role requirements, to performance issues during interviews or assessments. Other common factors also include cultural incompatibility with the team or organization, incompatibilities found during background or reference checks, or salary expectations that exceed the allocated budget.
