In addition to being able to perform actions to update hiring stage candidates one by one, you can also bulk update (bulk) through Mekari New Talenta Recruitment. That way, tens to thousands of hiring stage updates can be done at once just by utilizing the export-edit-import feature. 

Important
Make sure the candidate is registered in New Talenta Recruitment.

Here are the steps.

1. On the Candidate page, click “Import” then click Import candidates.
   
   

   You can also import candidate historical logs in Excel format by clicking Import logs.

2. Then, you will be directed to the following page. Click “Select candidates” to select the names of candidates whose hiring stage will be updated.
   
3. Here, you can utilize filters based on Job position (required), Hiring stage (required), and Applied date (optional). If the filter is appropriate, click “Apply filter”.
   
4. You can also search for a specific candidate's name by typing their name in the Search candidate column.
   
5. Check the names of the candidates to be updated hiring stage. Then, click “Select candidates”.
   
   

   You can select a maximum of 2000 (two thousand) candidates at once.

6. You will be directed to this page to check the names of the candidates. Click “Next” to continue the process to the next stage.
   
   

   If there is a candidate name that is not appropriate, you can delete it by clicking the “-” icon.

7. At this stage, you can download the template for the hiring stage update of the selected candidates by clicking “Download template”. After you have filled out the template and saved it in your computer folder, re-upload the template by clicking “Browse”.
   
   

   Here is an example of a Bulk update candidate template that you must complete. You can place your pointer over the title column to see instructions for filling in each column.
   

8. Make sure the file has been uploaded as follows. Click “Upload” to complete the bulk update candidates stage.
   
   

   You can click the “-” icon to delete the uploaded file.

9. Then, you will be redirected back to the Candidates page, and a notification like the following will appear if the update process is successful.
