How to Post Job Vacancies to Jobstreet Pages via New Talenta Recruitment

Through New Talenta Recruitment, you can upload job listings you have created and integrate them into your company's Jobstreet page. This way, your job listings can attract more job candidates through this integration. Here are the steps.

Before integrating New Talenta Recruitment with Jobstreet, you need to ensure and do several things, as follows:
- Make sure you are a recruiter and hold the Admin role to access the Recruitment module in Mekari Talenta.
- Make sure you have a Jobstreet Company Profile and Company ID.
- Obtain a SEEK Hirer ID to integrate Mekari Talenta with Jobstreet.

A. How to Get a Seek Hirer ID

  1. Log in to SEEK Partner Link, then fill in the Provider field with Mekari Talenta.

  2. Click “Log in” to log in to your SEEK account.

  3. Then, check the boxes for SEEK Jobs, SEEK Optimized Applications, and I agree to SEEK Terms & Conditions. Then, click “Submit” to get it. SEARCH for the Recruiter ID

  4. You can wait until the process is complete, which is indicated by an email from SEEK containing the Hirer ID, as shown in the example below.

B. How to Integrate Mekari Talenta with Jobstreet

  1. Go to https://recruitment-new.talenta.co/

  2. Select the Settings menu.

  3. Then, click the “Integration” tab.

  4. Then, on the next page, enter your Hirer ID in the Jobstreet Integration column. Then, click “Save”.

  5. The following screen will appear, indicating that you have successfully integrated New Talenta Recruitment with Jobstreet. When successful, the toggle button automatically switches to Enabled.

C. How to Create a Job Listing on Jobstreet

  1. After successfully integrating with Jobstreet, you can create job openings in the Job Listing menu. Then, you can follow the steps of creating a job opening on the Job List.

  2. Then, in the Publication settings stage, activate the Jobstreet toggle to upload the job opening you've created to the Jobstreet page. Complete the Work location, Work type, Salary type, Job category, and Job subcategory fields. Then, click "Publish" to upload it. 

    Important
    Vacancies published on Jobstreet will automatically deduct from your Jobstreet balance. 
    - This job listing will be uploaded to Jobstreet within 24 hours. 
    - To disable the Publication platform toggle, follow these steps: 
    1. Click the "three dots" icon on the created job listing, then select View details.

    2. Scroll down the page and click the Publication platform tab. Then, click the "pencil" icon to edit the data.

    3. Then, you can disable the toggle. Click "Save changes" to save your changes.
